HP Latex R 2000

The new HP Latex R Series 2000 is a game changer in the wide-format digital workspace. It features a new Hybrid design which allows for print on rigid and roll media. A new Overcoat additive is used to provide added scratch resistance on the finished printed product. The on-demand white ink system uses titanium pigments which allows for ultra bright whites that will not yellow over time.

The new 6/C ink system used in the Latex R 2000 produces a larger color gamut for improved print quality. The inks also require less curing temperatures than previous latex machines which in turn makes it possible to run a wider array of substrates. The new media belt found on the Latex R provides the accuracy of a true flat-bed by using an intelligent vacuum system with 14 different vacuum zones controlled by the printer.
