Vendor Action Team (VAT)
Technical problems in the pressroom are often caused by a multitude of interrelated factors, often with products from a number of manufacturers. Prisco believes that a non-judgemental and neutral forum is necessary to get to the heart of the problem. Prisco staff, working with your management team, will orchestrate planning meetings with your current suppliers of paper, ink, plates, rollers, etc., to establish a standard problem solving and troubleshooting process. The VAT’s focus is to develop a cooperative strategy between all suppliers and assist your company in improving pressroom performance while minimizing possible “finger pointing.” The VAT concept provides your company with a team of experts working on your behalf.
