Prisco E-Cure LED-840 is a matte LED energy-curable coating for inline application over LED inks and a variety of substrates. It is designed to produce an even and fast curing film formation with a superior matte finish. This allows for quick turnaround times and an even defect-free surface. This product is designed to have excellent flexibility and adhesion properties. The E-Cure LED-840 has been field tested and approved on most OEM and Retro converted LED Systems. It has good cure response at 385nm, 15-20 Watt systems, with minimal to no surface tack or yellowing. Results may vary depending on gap distance of array to substrate and irradiance.
