Description
The Prisco E-Cure LED 811 is an imprintable gloss LED energy-curable coating for inline application over LED inks and a variety of substrates. It is designed to produce an even and fast curing film formation with a superior gloss finish. This allows for quick turnaround times and an even defect-free surface. This product is designed to have excellent flexibility, adhesion properties, gloss depth, and clarity. The E-Cure LED 811 has been field tested and approved on most OEM and Retro converted LED Systems. It has good cure response at 385nm, 15 – 20 Watt systems, with minimal to no surface tack or yellowing. Results may vary depending on gap distance of array to substrate and irradiance. This product is designed to be imprintable and foil stampable.
