PriscoTech® EasyMist™ II Humidification System
The PriscoTech EasyMist II is a compressed air and water humidification system with a central control unit and misting nozzles that expands to fit your production needs almost anywhere in your plant. The design of the EasyMist II allows for easy installation, air and water lines install at a single connection point on the easily mounted EasyMist II Control Unit. The all-in-one Control Unit is equipped with monitoring gauges and the ability to fine-tune air and water to produce a fine mist. The humidistat may be mounted on the control unit or remotely up to 100 ft. away. The Interchangeable stainless steel misting nozzles with adjustable spray pattern are connected with polyester tubing to permit installation anywhere in your plant. You get coverage where you need it even in areas such as pre-press and digital pressrooms where there are comparatively low ceiling heights.
The EasyMist II has low air consumption when compared to gravity-fed systems, one-third less air is required for operation. And, there is no chance of mold build up as is possible as with an atmospheric tank system.
