PriscoTech® AquaChill® II Filtration, Refrigeration and Recirculation System
Your press-ready fountain solution is a key contributor to your printing success. Maximize its life and value with the PriscoTech AquaChill® II Filtration, Refrigeration and Recirculation System. Its unique three-stage filtering process removes contaminants as small as 5 microns from fountain solution that has been used on your press. The filtered solution is chilled and automatically fed back to your printing units, ensuring an accurate, stable product in your dampening system-helping to maintain consistent ink and water balance.
Stainless Steel construction assures many years of life. The 50 gallon capacity system is available with an integrated 2-ton (24,000 BTU) or 5-ton (60,000 BTU) chilling capacity. Options include a roof mounted water cooling evaporator, digital pH meter, and press manifolds. The standard system is wired for 230V 3-phase or may be ordered for 380V or 460V 3-phase installation
